Obhan And Associates Acts As Legal Counsel To C.K.R Resorts For Its Hotel Management Agreement With Hilton Hotels

Hilton Hotels, a leading global hotel operator, has entered into an agreement with C.K.R. Resorts for the operation of a hotel in Hyderabad under Hilton's flagship brand, the Hilton Hyderabad Resort & Spa. The hotel will spread across 15 acres in Shamirpet, Hyderabad, near Genome Valley, and will have 115 rooms and 13 villas.
Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to C.K.R. Resorts and were responsible for reviewing and negotiating the transaction documents, including the branding and management agreement between the parties.
The transaction was led by a team comprising of Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner) and Shuchi Dutta (Associate).
