Kochhar & Co. Advises Samit Enterprises on Follow-On Investment in Australian Mineral Exploration Technology Company

Kochhar & Co. advised Samit Enterprises Private Limited in connection with its participation in a follow-on investment in SensOre_X Pty Ltd, an Australian company engaged in mineral exploration technology and services, including lithium exploration.
The investment involved a contractual arrangement with Alpha Future Funds S.C.S., a Luxembourg-based investment fund, and the exercise of a subscription option to acquire additional shares in SensOre_X Pty Ltd.
Kochhar & Co. acted as legal counsel to Samit Enterprises, advising on the investment structure and related legal matters. The firm's role included drafting, reviewing and negotiating the transaction documentation and providing legal support throughout the investment process.
The transaction was led by Partner Ketan Mukhija of the firm's Corporate Practice Group, with assistance from Senior Associate Deepika Gautam and Associate Piyush Senapati. Partner Anirudh Mukherjee provided strategic input.
