Luthra And Luthra Law Offices India Recently Advised Medi Assist Est Insurance TPA Private Limited In Relation To Its Acquisition Of 100% Stake In RAKSHA HEALTH INSURANCE TPA PVT LTD.
The Firm acted as legal counsel to Medi Assist and advised on all legal aspects in relation to the transaction.
The transaction team comprised of Associate, Ms. Sai Meghana Konda and Partner, Mr. Vasudev Dibbur.
Through this acquisition, Medi Assist hopes to grow its retail segment by 30%. It will help expand its presence in the North and West India and add around 3,000 corporates to its client portfolio. This transaction is the largest deal in India (by volume) in the insurance TPA industry/ sector.
