Obhan & Associates Advises Anand Kashi Hospitality LLP On IHCL SeleQtions Resort Transaction

Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to Anand Kashi Hospitality LLP in signing of a hotel management contract with the Indian Hotels Company Limited under the brand "IHCL SeleQtions" for their property in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
Anand Kashi Hospitality LLP is represented by Mrs. Mira Kulkarni, Managing Director of the luxury Ayurveda brand, Forest Essentials. The operating resort was earlier called 'Glasshouse by the Ganges' and was managed by Neemrana Hotels.
The resort will now be rebranded as Anand Kashi by the Ganges, an IHCL SeleQtions resort, post renovation.
The transaction was led by a team of Ms. Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner), Ms. Akanksha Dua (Senior Associate) and Ms. Seerat Bhutani (Associate).
