Neeraj is a corporate lawyer with 16 years of extensive legal experience encompassing a vast range of knowledge in business law, IP, employment, and technology law. During his stint with Lakshmikumaran& Sridharan as Partner, he helped the Firm set up its Corporate Division in Bangalore. He was working as a Partner at L&S for past 5 years and was responsible for advising clients on corporate practice. He possesses diverse understanding in contracts, IT laws, IPR, day-to-day corporate & commercial, ethics & compliance, employment & labour, data protection, environment, health &safety, and litigation management. He regularly advises clients on sectors like food & pharmaceuticals, automotive, manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, banking, advertising, medical devices, aviation, defence, and travel. Neeraj is a graduate from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
