Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Limited, a listed company on the BSE and NSE, has acquired majority stake in Ravi Technoforge Private Limited, a company engaged in the business of manufacturing and sales of the various types of high precision hot forged and machined bearing rings, races and gear blanks which are used by bearings manufactures for further applications in automobiles and various industrial segments. This is a strategic investment by Ratnamani Metal and Tubes Limited.
