ZEUS Law Advised On JDA For Project At Sector 36A Gurgaon

ZEUS Law Associates acted as counsel to land owners, Delta Propcon Private Limited, Prompt Infravision Private Limited and Namo Realtech Private Limited, in their joint development transaction with Max Estates Gurgoan Limited, the real estate arm of Max Ventures and Industries Limited for developing a residential colony on land admeasuring 11.80 acres in sector-36A, Gurgoan, Haryana. Sunil Tyagi, Founder and Managing Partner of ZEUS Law, provided strategic advisory and the transaction advisory team was led by Senior Partner Jayshree Navin Chandra along with Partner, Santosh Singh who were supported by Mona Dewan, Managing Associate and Sangini Tyagi, Associate.
The land on which the residential colony is proposed to be developed is situated next to Krisumi Waterfall Residences and Mr. Mohit Jain who is a Director of land owner, Namo Realtech Private Limited, is also a Director in Krisumi Corporation.
