Dua Associates Appoints Rudra Srivastava As Partner In Gurugram

Dua Associates has appointed Rudra Srivastava as a Partner in its Corporate practice at its Gurugram office, effective April 1, 2026.
Rudra Srivastava has nearly two decades of legal experience. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Partner at Singhania & Partners and was previously a Partner at Link Legal.
An alumnus of the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, his practice includes transaction advisory, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures, as well as general corporate and commercial advisory, labour and employment, and real estate.
Dua Associates is a law firm in India with nearly four decades of experience, advising clients including companies, financial institutions, government entities and SMEs. The firm has over 250 professionals, including 75 partners.
