Promotions At Dua Associates 2025

Among the twenty-four (24) legal professionals recently promoted at Dua Associates for 2025, four Partners have been elevated to Equity Partners -viz Sairam Arjun Suresh, Shailendra Singh Somvanshi, Angad Varma and Prateek Bedi, and eight (8) Principal Associates, namely Priya Kale, Rishya Belliappa, Chethan Sagar, Siddharth Agrawal, Prashant Kumar, Rahul Goyal , Toyesh Tewari and Dharmesh Jain promoted to Partners.
Additionally, four Senior Associates have now been designated as Principal Associates and eight Associates promoted to Senior Associates.
The Firm has always been quick to recognize merit and talent, and these promotions acknowledge the newly minted Partners' strong work ethic and commitment that have helped them move into this new position.
The newly promoted professionals are based across Dua Associates' eight offices and will continue to focus on their practice areas of Dispute Resolution – Litigation & Arbitration, Corporate Law, M&A, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Real Estate Law, and Private Equity. Sairam Arjun Suresh's practice is predominantly focused on complex multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes with emphasis on Arbitration; Shailendra focuses on general corporate & commercial law across various sectors including FMCG and food retail. While Angad's main areas of practice are Insolvency & Bankruptcy as well as Litigation, Prateek's practice specialization includes M&A as well Corporate & Commercial Law.
With these promotions the partners' tally at Dua Associates stands at 82.
