    Indian Law Conclave is a two-day National Conclave organized by Adhrit Foundation, an Alexis Group organization at International Youth Hostel New Delhi from 10th – 11th August 2019.

    The Organizing Committee of 2nd Indian Law Conclave hereby invites original abstracts of research papers and case studies on the following themes for presentation at Indian Law Conclave 2019 and publication in a book with an ISBN:

    • Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism
    • Articles 35 A and 370 of the Constitution of India
    • Artificial Intelligence
    • Constitutional Law
    • Corporate Law
    • Climate Change and Law
    • Cyber Law
    • Fourth Industrial Revolution
    • Ideas for New India
    • Ideas for Strengthening Democracy
    • Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code
    • Intellectual Property Law
    • International Law
    • Maritime Law
    • Uniform Civil Code

    Note: The topic can be chosen from any one of the fifteen themes mentioned above.

    Who can apply?

    • The submission is open to all students, research scholars, teachers and professionals around the world.

    Submission Guidelines

    • Co-authorship shall be permitted. There is no bar on the number of co-authors.
    • However, all authors must register separately as delegates for the conclave.
    • For the Abstract (to be submitted before the Conclave)
    • The work should be original, and must not be previously published or must not be in the stage of submission/consideration anywhere else.
    • An abstract should be written explaining the aims and motives of the paper. Word limit: 250-750 words.
    • Submissions should be made in .doc/.docx format.
    • Each submission must be accompanied by a short description of the author(s).
    • The word limit, excluding footnotes, endnotes, references, and bibliography can range between 2500-7500 words.
    • Submissions should be made in .doc/.docx format.
    • A soft copy of the abstract must be uploaded at Abstract Submission Form by 31st July 2019.

    Prizes

    • First Prize + Certificate + Rs. 7500
    • Second Prize + Certificate + Rs. 5000
    • Third Prize + Certificate + Rs. 2500
