National Law University, Jodhpur has invited submissions for an edited academic book titled “Emerging Frontiers in Competition Law: Policy, Enforcement and Consumer Welfare”. The proposed book aims to bring together advanced, original, and policy-relevant scholarship examining contemporary and emerging issues in competition law and competition policy, with particular focus on digital markets, regulatory design, enforcement challenges, and evolving market structures.
The themes outlined in the Call for Chapters are indicative and not exhaustive. Contributors are encouraged to move beyond basic or descriptive treatments and instead engage with complex doctrinal questions, policy dilemmas, comparative perspectives, and future reform trajectories in competition law. Interdisciplinary research drawing from economics, public policy, technology studies, data governance, behavioural sciences, sustainability/ESG studies, and allied disciplines is particularly welcomed where such approaches meaningfully enrich competition law analysis.
The book is open to contributions from academicians, judges, practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and advanced doctoral scholars. All submissions will undergo a rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer review process.
The deadline for abstract submission is 31 January 2026, and the edited volume is expected to be published in both print and digital formats.
