    The Editorial Board of NIU invites original and unpublished chapters for an upcoming edited book titled “Environment and Energy Law: Contemporary Issues, Legal Frameworks and Sustainable Solutions”, scheduled for publication in 2026 under Integrity Education India.

    The book aims to provide a scholarly platform for academicians, researchers, legal professionals, policy experts, practitioners, and doctoral scholars to critically engage with emerging issues in environmental and energy law. The volume seeks to explore contemporary legal challenges, sustainability frameworks, climate governance, renewable energy regulation, environmental justice, and evolving international legal perspectives.
    Themes and sub themes include Climate Change Governance, Renewable Energy Law, Energy Security and Sustainable Development, Environmental Human Rights, Pollution Control Laws, Comparative Environmental Law, and Environmental Ethics and Green Jurisprudence. Interdisciplinary and contemporary submissions related to environmental and energy governance are also welcome.
    Submission Guidelines:
    • Chapter Length: 3000–5000 words (including footnotes)
    • Abstract: 250–300 words
    • Citation Style: Bluebook (21st Edition)
    • Plagiarism Limit: Maximum 10%
    • AI Content: 0%
    • Co-authorship is permitted
    • Publication Fee: ₹1200 per author
    • Delivery Charges: As Applicable
