The Family Law Chronicle is the official blog of the Centre for Family Law [“CFL”], National Law University, Jodhpur [“NLUJ”]. Established with the objective of promoting informed academic discourse on contemporary issues in family law, the Blog serves as a platform for legal scholars, practitioners, researchers, and students to engage with emerging developments in the field through rigorous and accessible scholarship.
CFL seeks to foster open and progressive discussions on family law in light of evolving societal dynamics. Recognising that family law today extends beyond traditional legal frameworks to encompass questions of gender equality, civil rights, constitutional values, technology, and social justice, the Centre encourages interdisciplinary engagement with contemporary legal issues. Through the Family Law Chronicle Blog, CFL aims to contribute meaningfully to academic and policy discussions while promoting high-quality legal writing on issues affecting individuals, families, and society.
