    The Advanced Certificate Course on Drafting and New Criminal Laws provides a structured understanding of India's reformed criminal justice framework introduced through the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), enacted in 2023.

    The course covers five key modules ranging from the rationale behind the reforms to hands-on drafting exercises. It aims to develop a clear understanding of substantive offences, procedural mechanisms, and evidentiary principles under the new regime while strengthening participants' drafting and advocacy skills.
