Army Institute of Law, Mohali Organises One-Day National Seminar on “Restraint on Media: A Pathway to Strengthen Democracy”

The seminar aims to foster meaningful academic and professional dialogue on the contemporary challenges faced by the media within a constitutional democracy. It seeks to critically examine the evolving role of media and the delicate balance between freedom of expression and reasonable restraint in the interest of democratic governance.
