NLIU Students Win 13th RMLNLU–Luthra & Luthra International Legal Essay Writing Competition On White Collar Crimes

Yukta Chanda and Netraa Rathee, third-year students of National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, have been declared winners of the 13th RMLNLU–Luthra & Luthra International Legal Essay Writing Competition and Conference on White Collar Crimes held at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow.
The competition received over 150 submissions from law students across the country. The entries were evaluated by Luthra & Luthra Law Offices India, following which the top six finalists were shortlisted for the final round.
The finalists presented their research before a panel of jurists and legal practitioners.
The winning paper, titled “Stablecoins and Corporate Criminal Liability: Rethinking Responsibility in Cross-Border Financial Crimes,” examined challenges in attributing liability within decentralised financial systems and analysed evidentiary issues associated with digital financial instruments.
The University administration and the Student Bar Association at NLIU, Bhopal, congratulated the students on their achievement.
