2nd SCL India & Its Mumbai Chapter: One-Day International Conference On Construction Law & Arbitration 'Construction Law 2.0: Building A Better Tomorrow' [3rd May]

Society of Construction Law-India has a strong track record of hosting successful and India's biggest international conferences, welcoming over 350 delegates in 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2023 in New Delhi, as well as maiden conferences in Mumbai and Kerala in 2024. In 2017, the event featured 32 foreign speakers and 12 sitting judges, while in 2019, the number grew to 49 speakers, including 9 sitting judges and 31 foreign speakers. The 2021 edition, held virtually due to the pandemic, hosted over 60 renowned speakers and around 400 global delegates. In 2023, the event welcomed over 60 speakers, including 25+ foreign speakers, notably three sitting foreign judges. The 2024 Mumbai conference featured over 200 delegates, around 30 speakers, two sitting judges of the Bombay High Court, and over 10 foreign speakers. After the remarkable success of SCL India's previous international conferences, including the maiden edition of the Mumbai Conference in 2024, SCL India is delighted to bring another insightful and engaging edition to the financial capital of India. As Mumbai and the western region of India continues to witness significant infrastructure development, this conference aims to bring together the foremost experts in construction law and arbitration, along with key stakeholders and distinguished professionals from allied disciplines across the globe. The 2025 edition aims to bring together over 200 delegates and more than 30 eminent speakers including over 15 foreign speakers, further cementing its reputation as a premier global event in construction law and construction arbitration in the region. Notably, sitting judges of the Supreme Court of India and Bombay High Court and other distinguished speakers would be speaking during the one-day international conference.
