Bar Council Of Maharashtra & Goa Issues Circular Exempting Advocates From Wearing Black Coats From March 1st To June 30th

Taking note of the rising temperatures, the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (BCMG) has decided that advocates need not wear their usual dress code of "black coats" from March 1st to June 30, every year.Notably the "exemption" for lawyers from wearing their usual dress code was earlier only during the summer months of May to June. But this year, the exemption will commence from March 1st....
