His practice encompasses commercial litigation, tax litigation and international arbitration. He has been listed by Chambers & Partners as an "associate to watch", and by Legal 500 as a "key lawyer", for tax litigation.

Chintan holds a BCL from the University of Oxford, an LLM from Yale Law School, and a PhD in comparative constitutional law from the University of Cambridge. Celebrating its centenary this year, Brick Court Chambers is one of the leading sets of barristers' chambers in the UK, having a strong reputation for Commercial, EU/Competition and Public Law. Amongst its most prominent members in recent history include Jonathan Sumption, who was joint head of chambers and was appointed directly to the UK Supreme Court in 2012, and Sir Sidney Kentridge QC, who represented Nelson Mandela in the Treason Trial in South Africa.
