The Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court has constituted a 12-member Gender Sensitisation and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) chaired by Justice J. Nisha Banu to address sexual harassment complaints.

The Committee, which also includes Justice Sobha Annamma Eapen as a member, was constituted pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Gender Sensitisation & Sexual Harassment of Women at the High Court of Kerala (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2026.

As per the Regulations, the GSICC shall have the duty of sensitizing the public regarding gender issues and of addressing complaints regarding sexual harassment at the High Court premises. The constitution of the GSICC shall be for a term of 2 years and no member can be nominated for more than two consecutive terms.
