Kerala Lawyers Can Track All Their Cases, Access Files On High Court's Official Mobile App

The official mobile application of the Kerala High Court, available on both Android and iOS platforms since 2023, allows advocates to view all their cases listed for the day, access complete case files in which they represent a party and even access a personalised calendar of all their cases.The mobile app, aimed at simplifying access to court services and case information, is designed for advocates, litigants, and other stakeholders involved in judicial proceedings. It brings together a wide range of e-governance tools under a single platform.Users can log into the app using the same credentials as the High Court's e-Filing Dashboard. Once signed in, they gain immediate access to a comprehensive suite of features. This includes case status search, live case display and Board, cause list access etc. Users can view all cases they are involved in - whether as petitioner or respondent. The Complete digital files, including petitions, counters, memos, and IAs, are available to be downloaded, reducing the reliance on physical documents. The app provides e-services, facilitating filing of counter, urgent memos, certified copy application and other documents directly through the app. However, bail applications, writ petitions and writ appeals must still be filed through alternate channels. It provides order search, which helps in quick search and download of all High Court orders and judgments. Including daily and significant public interest rulings. Another peculiar feature of the app is the personal calendar tool that tracks all listings for each advocate, helping with efficient scheduling and time management. By digitizing court services and enabling real-time case tracking, the application significantly reduces the dependency on physical files and manual processes.
