Senior Designation: Gauhati High Court Invites Views From Bar On 58 Applicants By April 15

Rule 6 (3) of the Gauhati High Court (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2018 provide the applications received for senior designation have to be published in the official website of the Gauhati High Court inviting suggestions/views of other stakeholders to the proposed designation.

Towards this end, the Permanent Committee of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh for Designation of Senior Advocates has granted 15 days' time to all the stakeholders to submit their views/ suggestions.

Thus, the views/suggestions may be submitted to the Secretariat by 15^th April, 2021, either through e-mail (at hcjsecretariat@yahoo.in) or in the office of the Chief Justice Secretariat, Gauhati High Court, Guwahati-781001.
