The Association sincerely expects from all media groups that in the future, no factless and baseless information should be published without verifying its veracity. High Court Bar Association is always ready and committed to the interest, respect, and protection of all its respected members."The allegations against Khan are that he hatched a conspiracy at his room in Muslim Hostel for the killing of Umesh Pal, who was a witness in the BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case. The sensational daylight murder, which took place in Prayagraj last week, also claimed the life of a UP Police constable, who was deployed in Umesh’s security.
