Court: Having heard the learned counsels, we direct that all pathological reports of Wangchuk based on samples analysed at lab of safdarjung hospital, aiims and private lab, shall be filed on affidavit sworn in by director of safdarjung hospital. Court to doctor: Petitioner has been granted access, his brother too. You take samples in their presence. Their apprehension, they may not have any basis for that but if it occurred to their mind, courts concern is to save his life first. Not any other thing.
