Sonam Wangchuk's wife Gitanjali Angmo has preferred an appeal before the Delhi High Court challenging single judge's refused to pass any interim order allowing Wangchuk to be shifted to a private hospital of his choice.

Court: We request in charge director AIIMS and Dr. Akshay, in charge of emergency medicines AIIMS to be present tomorrow. Doctor whom appellant has been consulted shall also be present. It is directed thay respondent 4 while filing affidavit shall also bring on record all health bulletins issued in respect of health condition of appellant’s husband.
Court lists matter tomorrow at 12:30 PM.

Court: Having heard the learned counsels, we direct that all pathological reports of Wangchuk based on samples analysed at lab of safdarjung hospital, aiims and private lab, shall be filed on affidavit sworn in by director of safdarjung hospital. The appellant shall file path reports based on analysis of blood and urine samples of her husband conducted at some private lab.
