      J Pitale- If the state is really reasonable the state should say we will complete our investigation within say 30 days,

      That is how reasonableness is shown. This approach is expected.

      J Shinde- Mr Mundargi, what reliefs can be granted in this petition. Yes that chalak-malak, division bench has ruled cannot be used. Now their stand is there is no cause of action.
