Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi now commences submissions for Kejriwal.

Raju: He was non cooperative in investigation. We want to gather information and interrogate him.

Raju; At the time of search, he did not give correct facts.

Raju: He has willfully disobeyed the summons.

Raju: Apart from individual role, kindly look at his role as a person responsible for conduct of Aam Aadmi party.

Raju: Aam aadmi party is a beneficiary but it doesn't exist individually. It is a company. Every person who is involved in the functioning of the company is responsible and shall be deemed to be guilty.

Raju: Apart from personal liability, he is also liable to be punished under the vicariously liable.

Raju: Kindly notice the huge amount of cash that is changing hands.

Raju: Where did they get the cash from? They got it from the kickbacks. Kindly have a look at PMLA.

Raju says that a statement has revealed that the money which was received from Goa came from four routes.

They have revealed source of these funds, he adds. 

Raju: There is corroboration. There are not only statements. But there is corroboration through CDRs.

Raju: Money from Chennai comes here, it goes to Goa.
