BJP veterans LK Advani, MM Joshi, Uma Bharti and Kalyan Singh, all accused in the Babri mosque demolition case, are unlikely to be present in the trial court on Wednesday at the time of delivery of verdict in the matter [PTI]

SC also restored criminal conspiracy charges against senior BJP leaders L K Advani, Union Minister Uma Bharti, Murli Manohar Joshi and 13 other leaders in the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition case.

On 19 April , 2017 Supreme Court bench of justices P C Ghose and Rohinton Nariman also transferred the pending separate trial in a Rae Bareilly Magistrate court and clubbed it with criminal proceedings in the Lucknow CBI Court.

BJP Rajya Sabha MP Vinay Katiyar, Sakshi Maharaj, Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders Ashok Singhal, Giriraj Kishore, Vishnu Hari Dalmiya and Sadhvi Rithambara are also accused in the case.

There were Two FIRs in the Case.

One was in Rae Bareli Court and one in Lucknow

The first was filed by SHO, Priyamvada Nath Shukla, against unknown #karsevaks

The Second FIR named L K Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Ashok Singhal , Giriraj Kishore , Vishnu Hari Dalmia, Vinay Katiyar, Uma Bharti and Sadhvi Ritambhara.

CBI Chargesheet named 42 people, but 16 of them died during the trial.

BJP Rajya Sabha MP Vinay Katiyar, Sakshi Maharaj, Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders Ashok Singhal, Giriraj Kishore, Vishnu Hari Dalmiya and Sadhvi Rithambara are also accused in the case.

Special Judge, Mr. Surendra Kumar Yadav, shall pronounce the judgment in the case of 32 accused persons, including prominent BJP leaders LK Advani, Kalyan Singh, Uma Bharati, Murli Manohar Joshi etc.
