Order: It would be apt. to refer to answer key (c)...perusal of first para of material placed would reveal that...both states and residents have FD to preserve and protect natural resources...In the logic of Consortium, use of word 'citizen' is not correct.

Order: The material on basis of which said question is to be answered...Q.56 and answers thereto read thus...answer key no. (a)...is totally wrong...similarly the answer key that...is equally wrong...according to Consortium, answer key (d) is correct one.

Rao: I was asked to revise merit list. I put it out. We took a position internally. We also believe that insofar as question 77 is concerned, HC said it was out of syllabus. It was not

J Gavai: where did they (Consortium) say before HC they are willing to withdraw the question? They are not the ones challenging the order.
