COVID-19 : Supreme Court To Hear Only Urgent Matters From April 22

In the wake of rising COVID-19 cases, the Supreme Court has decided to list only urgent cases for hearing with effect from April 21.

The matters in final lists of miscellaneous matters and regular hearing matters for April 22 have been adjourned.

Many staff of the Supreme Court registry have got infected with COVID-19.

The Court has issued a circular indicating the categories of matters which will be treated as urgent.
