Delhi HC: The respondents would be intimated by official emails and through NBSA. We will take up the matter tomorrow as Item 1.

Delhi High Court takes on record Solicitor General Tushar Mehta's statement on behalf of Delhi Police that nothing has been leaked from their end, and directs them to a file an affidavit by tomorrow morning itself. 

Sibal: A 22 year old has been arrested, and it's being called a call for media attention?

Del HC: Mr. Sibal, the case will have to be considered.

Sibal: I understand, my Lord. 

Sibal: Media itself says that they have got records from police, how are they accessing these records?

Mehta: Nothing is being shared. This is a call for media attention.

Mehta: There has been no leakage from our side, we can also file an affidavit.

Sibal: They can say whatever, but the facts speak otherwise. She was arrested on 13th, and material was seized by police.

Delhi HC: We can issue notice, if you are relying on any state law, please serve copies.
