Kejriwal: abhi tk 5 pehele orders ho chuke hain. Trend observe krne ko mil raha hain that every single argument of ED CBI are endorsed by court. All arguments accepted by this court. Every prayer of ED CBI is converted into a judgment. Except one (Arun Pillai case). Jab bhi ED CBi kuch bhi mang karti hain, argument ko accept kar liya jata hain. Order pass unke favour me kare jate hain.

Kejriwal: Jaise ek case hain unko ek hi hearing me teen mahine ka time diya gaya. Dusre case me 6 mahine ka time. Reason no 7, manner in which our rights to file replies have been closed.

Kejriwal: The language used by this court also indicated a bias. Reason no 6, is court ke pas mp mla ka roster 5 January ko aya tha. Uske bad humne revision petitions analyze kari hain. Koi aur case is speed se nahi chal rha hain. Ye dono case, sabse prominent political opponents ke hain.

So you are insinuating political bias? Court

Kejriwal: We were not provided any service. It is written in the March 16 order, “they chose not to attend.” Reading this made me feel a little sad.

Kejriwal: SC ka ek case hain, wo kehta hain no discharge order shall ordinarily be stayed. It says it is only in rare cases where discharge order is stayed. Hume bina sunwayi kare, order was partly stayed and other part was set aside. It appears that most of the trial court order is neutralized by way of ex parte order.

Kejriwal: trial court ke remarks sirf strictures nahi the, unhone IO ke khilaaf ek ek point likha tha. Those remarks were against IO, not CBI. IO ne relief manga bhi nahi, he was not even before court. Cbi ke kehne pe IO ki proceedings rok dena, ye gehri shanka paida karta hain. IO toh maang hi nahi raha.

Kejriwal: Even today, I stand like an accused in the ED's case. A message has gone out after this stay that the ED's proceedings should be kept pending; now, they're sending you the order reversing the discharge. Reason no 4—proceedings with respect to the IO were also stayed.

Kejriwal: In March 9 order trial court proceedings wrt ED were stayed. It was criminal revision petition. ED ka koi lena dena nahi tha. Koi written prayer nahi thi is bare me. Mehta ji ne bas oral demand kari aur CBi ke wakeel the wo, ED ke nahi. Unki oral prayer pe ye order me le liya gaya. Kisi ki sunwaayi nahj hui. Do din bad ED ne ek aur petition file kari but court was very generous to ED.

Kejriwal: what was the need or urgency for this? Uski wajah se ek shanka paida hui mere mind ke upar
