No substantive point is coming to the fore, states the bench of Justices Manmahon & S. Narula. 

Singh insists that the execution of the #NirbhayaConvicts may be stayed. Prays for a few days so as to bring to the fore relevant documents.

The bench is relentless. Insists that that its already way past 10 PM.

Advocate AP Singh now brings up the issue of #Coronavirus. Says that it was the #Coronavirusoutbreak because of which he has been unable to get the documents, photocopies, drafts and assist the bench. 

"You have to be fair to us. You come at this hour, merely 5-6 hours before the execution and fail to substantiate your point. Unfortunately, your petition has no legal foundation" Justice Manmohan tells Advocate AP Singh.

Justice Manmohan makes a strong remark against Advocate AP Singh's arguments:

"The time is close for your client to meet God. Why waste our time? We have no time"

Justice Manmohan - "I can sit at home and write a long article about anyone. Doesn’t make it the truth"
