Singh refers to the book Black Warrant to state that convict Ram Singh was murdered in the prison.

Justice Manmohan not impressed by the reference to the book.

" We don’t know who has written it or whose testimony this is.”

Advocate AP Singh says that the convicts in the #Nirbhaya case have not been given a fair trial, amid the various irregularities. "There was a lot of pressure" Singh says.

Singh now says that the petition against the convicts by Ramdhar, who had filed a case for theft, which was allegedly committed on the same bus is also pending.

"How is the pendency of a petition before the NHRC, Election commission, in Bihar not relevant here?" Singh asks.

My clients are victims of media trial, says AP Singh.

Singh is asserting that criminal antecedents are extremely relevant. "Pawan has none" says Singh.

"This is bound to be an extreme miscarriage of justice" : Singh. 

Advocate AP Singh tells the court that Pawan Gupta, is actually a victim of torture.

"I would like to remind the court of the case of Pawan in a district court at Delhi regarding the attack by police by hitting him on the head" Singh 

Justice Manmohan states that the death warrant cannot cease to exist. Says that the matter has attained "finality"
