NCLT and NCLAT. He enrolled in Bar in 1987 and was a junior in the Chambers of Mr. P. Jayaraman, Senior Counsel till 1989. He then joined the Chambers of Mr. P. Chidambaram, Senior Counsel (former Finance Minister) and Mr. Vijay Narayan, former Advocate General of Tamilnadu.He established his own law firm PVS Giridhar Associates in 1994; he exited the firm on becoming a Senior Advocate. He is a consultant to public sector companies in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly GAIL and ONGC, and also ECGC in the export credit insurance sector. He specialises in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Labour & Services and Civil and Property law, Insolvency and Commercial Arbitration. He is also a consultant for IP Dome Strategy Advisors Ltd., a service-provider in Technology, IP and business strategy.
