Law Commission, Bhopal.Justice Sharma served as Judge in Madhya Pradesh District Judiciary from 1983 to January, 2016, as Director of Madhya Pradesh State Judicial Academy from May 2002 to May 2007. During 2009-2010 served as Professor of National Judicial Academy, Bhopal and served as Registrar General of Madhya Pradesh High Court from April, 2013 to January, 2016. In July 2015 attended 5 days International Conference on 'Enhancement of Judiciary and Legal systems Globally' held in Singapore organised by the Supreme Court of Singapore. Justice Sharma also served as Chairman, M.P. State Co-operative Tribunal, Bhopal from 2nd February 2016 to 5th April 2016, as Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh (Bench Indore from 7th April 2016 to 1st January, 2018 and as a Chairperson, M.P. State Law Commission from June 2018 to April 2021. He Submitted 8 Reports to the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, including three reports suggesting repeal of around 1500 old and obsolete laws and two reports on 'Criminal Justice Reforms' as Chairperson M.P. Law Commission. He has Authored two books, one in English... “Legal Issues An Anthology” (2009) ; second one in Hindi... 'Madhya Pradesh mein Panchayat Raj' (2005). He has, so far, delivered more than 200 lectures at National Judicial Academy, Bhopal, Central Academy for Police Training (CAPT) at Bhopal and various other Academies.
