Commissioner files a counter affidavit in the contempt petitions for alleged violations of the October 9 order #Supreme Court's order, particularly on the closure of 12 metro stations during CEC protests.
It says that the experience with CJP shows that the organisers have "completely disregarded the requirement of seeking prior permission".
Further, the protest march by Congress on October 6, 7 and 8th resulted in Delhi areas being choked, causing inconvenience to the people. The gathering was aggressive, fuelled by "people adorning cover of 'freelance journalists'" who were harassing policemen, and particularly most harassed lady police.
Such events were considered as preventive steps taken on October 10
