Sankaranarayanan: That is completely illegal detention. She is not involved with separate call which was called by other organization (CJP) at central park. Sankaranarayanan: Over a period of time she has put out posts. There have been previous protests. She has been part of larger calls. There has never been an objection. In many parts of Delhi, there have been orders issued under Section 163 bnss. They notify some areas.

Sankaranarayanan: Very narrow issue of a notice issued. The Petitioner is leader of AISA. And she has been very active in public life. Certain protests have been happening in the country. There has not been any violence. Her words were always modulated. All peaceful, asking for reform.
