Rajiv Luthra, Founder Of Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, Passes Away

The founder and managing partner of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Rajiv Luthra, has passed away due to an ailment. He founded Luthra & Luthra in 1990, which went on to become one of the largest corporate law firms in India.

The cremation will be at 12 noon at Lodhi Crematorium, Delhi, today.

He has over 30 years of experience in the corporate law filed and has handled various disinvestment, privatization and restructuring assignments and has worked on some of the largest mergers in Indian corporate history.  

The firm in its statement said that, "It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we inform of the demise of our beloved Founder and Managing Partner - Rajiv K. Luthra. A visionary, philanthropist, a benevolent soul and a heart full of love and forgiveness, Mr. Luthra was an accomplished lawyer and an incredible human."

 "He will be remembered for his magnanimity, ethics, leadership and larger-than-life personality and will be greatly missed by all. On behalf of all the members of the Firm, we extend our deepest condolences to Mr. Luthra’s family and stand by them in these difficult times", the statement added.
