Bench adds in the order : State counsel for Maharashtra states that State Government shall further ensure that no harm is caused to the life and properties of all the 39 MLAs and their family members.

BREAKING | Supreme Court extends the time for Eknath Shinde and other rebel MLAs to file written response to the Deputy Speaker's disqualification notice till July 12. The Court posts the matter on July 11 for further hearing.

The bench makes a modification in the order :Time is extended till 12th July 2022 till 5:30 PM (earlier it was said till July 11).
