Supreme Court To Provide Free WiFi In Its Premises

The Supreme Court has made the facility of free Wi-Fi available for all advocates, litigants, and media persons along with other stakeholders visiting the Supreme Court. The step has been taken as part of the e-initiatives in the Supreme Court.

As per the circular announcing the move, at present, this facility of free WiFi will be available at the Chief Justice's Court, Court Nos. 2 to 5 including corridor and Plaza in front, both waiting areas in front of plaza canteen and Press Lounge-I & II with effect from tomorrow, that is, 03.07.2023.

The facility can be availed by logging in to SCI_WiFi. The user has to enter his/her mobile number, get OTP and use it for authentication. Copy of the Homepage is enclosed for user reference and convenience.

"The facility will be extended to all the Court Rooms and adjoining areas, Bar Library-I & II, Ladies Bar Room and Bar Lounge in phased manner," states the circular.
