Supreme Court's Vacation Benches For Hearing Urgent Cases From May 26 to June 2 Notified

The Chief Justice of India has nominated the following Division Benches for hearing extremely urgent miscellaneous matters during the Summer Vacation for the period from 26^th May, 2021 to 2n June, 2021(Second Part).

First Bench Of Second Part Of Vacation (May 26, 2021 to June 02, 2021) - Justices L. Nageswara Rao and Aniruddha Bose

Second Bench Of Second Part Of Vacation (May 26, 2021 To May 28, 2021) - Justices B. R. Gavai and Surya Kant

Second Bench Of Second Part Of Vacation (May 29, 2021 To June 02, 2021) - Justices B. R. Gavai and Krishna Murari

Taking into account the COVID19 second wave, the Supreme Court had, in April, advanced the summer break of the Supreme Court from May 10. It will now re-open after summer break on June 28.

The Third and the Fourth Benches would be notified later.
