CJI DY Chandrachud: We will hear you even on application of interim relief.

Sibal: In the meantime they'll take action.

CJI DY Chandrachud: What is it that will happen in two weeks?

Sibal: They are taking office after office. Till your lordships decide, we want a status quo order.

CJI DY Chandrachud: We'll entertain the petition, we'll issue notice.

Singh: Nobody has gone to any other political party. The same party is continuing. 99% of same ministers are continuing in the government.

Singh: There is no political party, it's only the recognised political party. 

Singh: Political party is not defined anywhere except for the symbol order. 

Singh: The constitution bench considered this and permitted the ECI.

Mr Maninder Singh: When the constitution bench considered it was on the same ground which your lordships rejected and then ECI came in. Please see clause 15 of the symbol order.

Kaul: It has never been anyone's case that a legislative party is not organically connected with the political party. The same person of legislative party represents political party, he also goes fights elections.

Kaul: Till a disqualification is pending, an MLA or MP, has every right to vote and participate in the house.
