Gujarat High Court To Continue Hybrid Hearings For Specific Benches

Gujarat High Court has said that hybrid mode of hearing would continue for the following benches for the cause lists of every Thursday:

i. Benches presided over by Justice Sunita Agarwal, Chief Justice

ii. Benches presided over by Justice B. A. Vaishnav

The circular further said that all other modalities and facilities would be as per the Standard Operating Procedure given in the earlier circular of the High Court. The High Court had previously introduced hybrid hearing of cases on a pilot basis.
