The Madhya Pradesh High Court has implemented virtual and hybrid hearing options for counsels and parties involved in cases in all three benches (Principal Seat Jabalpur and Benches at Indore & Gwalior).

A notice dated 20th October 2023 of the High Court informed that Video Conferencing / Hybrid hearing facility is available to the Learned Advocates / Parties-in person in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh (all benches)

The notice further states that this facility may be availed through the link made available in the daily/weekly Cause List of each Court.

The directive has been issued following a recent order from the Supreme Court (on 6th October 2023) directing all High Courts to ensure that no member of the bar is denied access to video conferencing facilities or hearing through hybrid means.

The Apex Court granted two weeks for all High Courts to comply with this directive.
