• Candidate should have LL.B./ MCA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Be the SPOC within T&T QRM team for reporting and tracking any Confidentiality breaches
• Participate in calls with business teams, central risk team and T&T QRM leaders when a matter related to confidentiality breach is reported
• Coordinate with Business, Talent, IT, Forensic team to carry out necessary follow-on actions related to confidentiality breach
• Prepare and maintain an incident report for each confidentiality breach
• Maintain and periodically report to senior leadership all incidents that have happened over a period
• Analyse root cause of each incident and prepare mitigation plans to avoid recurrence of similar incidents
• Participate in DRB's and Engagement Reviews to ensure that mitigation plans related to confidentiality breaches are adopted and factored.
• Conduct periodic awareness sessions for business teams on risk and compliance related to Confidentiality.
