    SFLC.in invites applications for the Premier Fellowship program which aims to provide a platform for India's top technology and policy thinkers, to understand the different stakeholders in the tech-policy ecosystem.

    Name of the Post: Fellow

    Remuneration and Perks

    • Monthly stipend;

    • Opportunity to participate in SFLC.in's events, training sessions, interactions, and projects;

    • Association with SFLC.in beyond the term of formal affiliation;

    • Opportunity to apply for counsel position;

    Essential Qualification and Experience

    • Should be a Law graduate with at least one year of experience in research and policy analysis at our office in New Delhi.

    • Candidates with excellent research skills, openness to new ideas, and a commitment to contribute to organizational mission.

    • Candidates fluent in both English and Hindi would be preferred.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the research of mapping of different tech-policy ecosystems in India.

    • Conduct research and policy analysis on of different stakeholders across India under different ecosystems in India.

    • Conduct case studies on laws pertaining to Information Technology, Data Privacy, Data Protection and Intellectual Property Rights.

    • Research and contribute to research papers, articles, opinion pieces, and other miscellaneous literature on issues such as privacy, data protection, free speech and net neutrality and others;

    • Analyse laws and policies in the areas of technology law, human rights law, and Intellectual Property Rights to develop well-informed organizational viewpoints;
