Officers of the Central Government, The State Government, Union Territories, autonomous or statutory organisation, Public Sector Undertakings, University or recognized Research Institution.
Qualification:
- Essential: Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
- Desirable: Degree in Law or Human Rights from a recognized University
