The Bombay High Court has notified that physical hearings across all benches including the High Court at Goa will begin from October 1 in criminal appeal cases only between 11 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm. As per the notice dated September 29, the following judges will be hearing the matters physically between October 1 and October 30 at the principal bench-
Two separate division benches, firstly the bench of Justice PB Varale and Justice VG Bisht and secondly the bench of Justice SS Jadhav and NJ Jamdar will be sitting on the same dates. The single bench of Justice AS Gadkari and the bench of Justice PD Naik will take up matters for hearing.
