The Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted bail to an accused in a Dacoity case on the condition that he shall donate toys at five Aanganwadi Centres so that toddlers/young children of rural areas may able to play with those toys in Aanganwadi Kendra.

This order came from the bench of Justice Anand Pathak who reasoned that this direction was being made by the Court as a test case to address the Anatomy of Crime, Violence, and Evil by process of Creation and a step towards Alignment with Nature.

The Accused has been directed to submit a compliance report mentioning the names of toys supplied to all the Aanganwadi along with photographs before the trial Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of release.

Essentially, one Indrabhan Singh Gurjar had moved the High Court seeking bail in a case wherein he is facing charges under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 307, 387, 506 and 395 of IPC and 11/13 of MPDVPK ACT and 25/27 of Arms Act.

It was his submission that he is suffering confinement since June 11, 2022, and the charge sheet has already been filed and the only source of implication is a memo under Section 27 of the Evidence Act.

Further, he submitted that he intends to mend his ways to become a better citizen therefore, he pleaded that a chance be given to reform himself. His Counsel gave a proposal that if released on bail, he shall undertake some social service by way of donating toys at five Aanganwadi Kendra at Magarouni, District Shivpuri.

Considering the submissions and the fact situation of the case, without commenting on the merits of the case, the Court allowed his bail plea on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.50,000/-.

Further, the Court directed him to donate toys at five Aanganwadi Centres in the vicinity where he lives or the vicinity of Police Station Magarouni, District Shivpuri so that toddlers/young children of rural areas may able to play with those toys in Aanganwadi Kendra.

"This direction is made by this Court as a test case to address the Anatomy of Crime, Violence, and Evil by process of Creation and a step towards Alignment with Nature. The natural instinct of compassion, service, love, and mercy needs to be rekindled for human existence as they are innately ingrained attributes of human existence," the Court further remarked as it allowed the bail plea and disposed of the matter.
