    In a unique initiative, the Orissa High Court will distribute "Promising Lawyer of the Year" award to 22 lawyers from 22 different districts/judgeships of Odisha on the occasion of its Foundation Day on 26th July this year.

    Name of the following lawyers were recommended by the Jury for their promising performance in the profession during the last one year. Notably, the list included names of four (4) female advocates from four different judgeships.

    10. Sri Sunil Kumar Mahanta (Kendujhar)
    11. Ms. Rushikulya Samantaray (Khordha)
